Eligibility
Social20Next is a free social entertainment platform restricted to users aged 19 and over. By accessing the site you confirm that you meet this age threshold and that local regulations in your jurisdiction permit the use of social entertainment services of this kind.
We reserve the right to suspend access where eligibility cannot be confirmed or where use appears to fall outside the intended scope of the platform.
Nature of the Platform
Social20Next hosts a small, curated set of free social games. Sessions are designed for short, light entertainment. All in-session items are digital-only and exist solely inside the platform. Nothing on the site can be turned into real-value goods, traded externally, or redeemed for anything outside the experience.
We do not offer, host, or facilitate any service that involves real-value flow into or out of the platform.
Acceptable Use
You agree to use Social20Next only for personal, non-commercial purposes and within applicable laws. The following are explicitly out of scope:
- Attempting to extract, scrape, or repackage platform content.
- Bypassing the +19 access gate or misrepresenting eligibility.
- Using automated tools to interact with the platform at scale.
- Any conduct that could compromise the integrity of the service or the experience of other users.
Digital-Only Items
Any counters, points, or visual elements displayed during a session are digital-only and hold no real-value outside the platform. They cannot be transferred, sold, exchanged, or redeemed in any form. No purchase is required to access the content, and no purchase confers any real-value advantage.
Third-Party Content
Some titles, visual assets, brand marks, or embedded sessions may be provided by third parties for demonstration only. Social20Next does not operate, host, or maintain those external services. Use of any third-party component is subject to that party's own terms.
Intellectual Property
The Social20Next brand, layout, written content, and original visual assets are protected by applicable intellectual property rights. You may not copy, redistribute, or repurpose any part of the platform without prior written permission.
Disclaimer
Social20Next is provided on an as-is basis. While we take reasonable steps to keep the platform stable and free of issues, we do not warrant uninterrupted availability or that every embedded third-party session will behave as intended at all times.
Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Social20Next is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential outcomes arising from use of the platform. Sessions are designed for short, light engagement and are not intended to support extended use.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected on this page with a new revision date. Continued use of the platform after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws applicable in the jurisdiction where Social20Next operates. Disputes that cannot be resolved informally will be handled by the competent local courts.
